Responsibilities



Conduct preoperative assessments and develop comprehensive surgical plans tailored to individual patient needs Perform a variety of general surgical procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols Monitor patients' progress post-surgery, ensuring optimal recovery and addressing any complications promptly Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care throughout the surgical process Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Stay updated on the latest advancements in surgical techniques and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical work Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff and surgical residents as needed

Skills



Medical degree with specialization in General Surgery from an accredited institution Board certification or eligibility in General Surgery Proven experience performing diverse surgical procedures with excellent technical skills Strong diagnostic abilities coupled with effective decision-making skills Exceptional communication skills for patient consultations, team collaboration, and documentation Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 95.00-105.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
