Our small, rural primary school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team. Part of this role will involve some mid-day supervision and staffing some of our wraparound provision which is available from 7.45am until 5.30pm.

We are looking for candidates who:

Have a good understanding of how children learn and develop Are able to support class teachers in meeting the needs of all children Are able to deliver programmes of work for focus groups of pupils under the direction of class teacher Have an excellent understanding of safeguarding good practice Are professional and act with integrity Can show initiative and work well as part of a team

As a Voluntary Aided Church of England school we achieved a very positive inspection report from SIAMS in September 2024, the successful candidate would need to be committed to upholding our Christian ethos.
