Staveley Community Primary and Nursery School is a small, four class school in North Yorkshire. It is part of the TIG Federation (Togetherness Inspires Growth), along with Kirk

Our opportunity





Our Teaching Assistants play an important part in our village schools' lives and make an invaluable contribution to our close teams. We are looking for a General Teaching Assistant to work full time to support children in our mixed Nursery and Reception class, supporting all children and those with a range of additional needs. The role may involve working with small groups of children and leading small group interventions under the direction of the class teacher.





Experience of working in a school environment is essential. Most importantly, you will have a positive and nurturing approach towards children, teaching and learning and will play a valuable role within our staff team.
