Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils across a range of abilities and year groups with a particular focus on children in

EYFS/Key Stage One.

Assist in the delivery of engaging and effective learning experiences. Work closely with class teachers to support planning and classroom routines. Provide targeted support for individual pupils or small groups. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including playground duties and school events.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working with children in a school setting, particularly with experience in EYFS or KS1.

Is flexible, patient, and passionate about supporting children's learning. Works well as part of a team and shows initiative. Has strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Has previous experience of delivering Read Write Inc as a learning to read programme.
