We are an alternative provision supporting young people with complex needs. We're looking for a committed and knowledgeable
General Tutor
who will be able to teachEnglish, Maths, and Employability
to our students.Responsibilities
Provide tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs. Develop and implement personalised and engaging learning plans. Assist students in understanding complex concepts. Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents as necessary. Collaborate with fellow tutors, staff and parents to promote holistic learning and development.
What we're looking for:
Experience teaching young people, especially those with complex behavioural or emotional needs Ability to plan and effectively deliver engaging lessons A calm, patient, and supportive approach Relevant teaching qualifications are desirable
