Supply Desk are seeking a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher to join our dynamic school in the Tring area (Hertfordshire). As a Geography Teacher, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire students, fostering their understanding and appreciation of the world around them.

The role:

• Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Teach and facilitate discussions on various geographical topics, including physical geography, human geography, environmental issues, and global perspectives.
• Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and curiosity.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Teaching certification or qualification in Geography Education.
• Previous experience teaching Geography at the secondary level is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of geographical concepts, theories, and current global issues.
• Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students\xe2\x80\x99 interest in geography.
