Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, experienced and patient GCSE and A level Geography tutor.

Bartholomews Tutorial College is an independent 1:1 college which specialises in tailored timetables that work around both tutor and student. We aim to get the best out of our students both personally and academically, and we have a history of excellent exam results.

We are looking for a Geography tutor to join us from September 2025 and the tutor will need to be able to teach the entire Geography syllabuses. This will be a part time role and we are unable to confirm hours per week until September. The college manages all aspects of timetabling/liaising with parents.

In terms of expectations, tutors are required to set monthly tests, supervised study and homework, as well as mock exams in the Spring term. Tutors can claim 6 per hour for the marking of monthly tests, and 8 per hour for the marking of mocks.
