What Success Looks Like in this Role




You'll thrive in this role if you:

Deliver high-quality geotechnical solutions from concept through to construction Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and contractors Approach every challenge with curiosity, confidence, and a desire to learn

What You'll Be Doing




You'll play a key role in a growing, energetic geotechnical team - getting hands-on and leading technical input across exciting and diverse projects in the UK and internationally.


Your work will span the whole project lifecycle, including:

Desk studies, ground investigations, and site supervision Geotechnical analysis and design (foundations, retaining structures, slopes, earthworks) Reporting, risk assessment, and solution-focused engineering Regular site visits and short periods of site-based work

What You'll Bring



You'll bring a passion for geotechnics and:



A Master's degree (or equivalent) in a geotechnical discipline 2+ years' experience in consultancy and working toward Chartership Experience managing & supervising ground investigations Working knowledge of UK design codes (including EC7) and geotechnical design practice Strong communication & MS Office skills A willingness to travel and engage in site-based work A full driving licence
