Technical report writing, factual and interpretative, including desk studies, Tier 2 ground investigation reports and remedial strategies
Design Calculations
Liaison with contractors and clients
Client care, including internal and external clients.
General

Person Specification
Knowledge / Experience / Qualifications:
Degree qualified to a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geography, Civil Engineering or Similar subject
An MEng or Masters in a Geotechnics or Environmental based course (desirable but not essential)
Prior experience in a similar role with 1-3+years' experience
Strong numerical and analytical skills
An appreciation of other disciplines which influence geotechnical design, such as structures, highways or rail (desirable but not essential)
Enthusiasm to move on to the next stage of your career in Geotechnical Engineering/Geo-environmental consultancy underpinned through an understanding of our sector and work and a desire to take on more responsibility
Be dedicated to the delivery of projects, and the development of the team and business as a whole
Be planned and organised in your approach to work and meeting deadlines
Be flexible to the needs of the business, and changes to project plans
Hold a UK drivers' licence or equivalent (essential)
Access to own vehicle is desirable but not essential.
