What You'll Be Doing
This is a
site-based, hands-on role
where you'll be part of a dynamic team working on a wide range of ground investigation projects across the UK--from small residential sites to major infrastructure developments. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating and supporting drilling rigs, small plant, and hand tools
Logging soil and rock samples, taking site photos, and preparing all field records
Supporting site safety, logistics, and client communication

Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from both graduates and experienced technicians. The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related subject (for graduate applicants)
OR
practical experience in land drilling, dynamic sampling, or site investigation
A strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
Good communication skills and a professional attitude with clients and colleagues
A
full UK manual driving licence
(essential)
Flexibility to travel away from home when required
Experience in CCTV drainage camera surveys would be a bonus.
Additional Info
The role is based out of
West Sussex
, with regular travel to sites across the UK
Projects may involve early starts and overnight stays
