Are you Fluent in German?

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team based in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire. This role involves supporting our field sales reps in Germany and engaging with customers via various communication channels to provide exceptional support, resolve queries, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Fluency German is required to assist with our sales team and customers in Germany. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a professional environment committed to growth and excellence.

The role will include dealing with incoming client phone Calls, Order Processing, taking sales enquiries, expediting orders and deliveries, planning daily dispatches and preparing all paperwork for the operations department. The successful candidate will have a good telephone manner, professional and adaptable working ethic. To be able to work on own initiative and be accurate while processing orders so that the customer get the best and a friendly experience when dealing with our company. The role will include working with stock and order processing systems so the candidate needs to have had experience with running computer systems as well as producing reports for management.

This role is based in Peterhead, Scotland.

Part time/ flexi time considered.

Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Accurately input and update customer data within our database systems. Provide detailed information about products and services, ensuring customer needs are met effectively. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints with empathy and efficiency. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue. Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions. Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify potential improvements in service delivery. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment is advantageous. Fluent in German. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt tone based on the situation. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Good analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Organised with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
