Job opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Support Executive to provide dynamic support to our new and existing German customers. This is a fixed term contract for maternity cover.
There may be opportunities for a permanent position in other departments once the 15 month fixed term contract comes to an end.
Responsibilities and duties include:
Handling and/or fielding inbound calls and emails to the team.
Populating our CRM system with new leads/enquiries and cases.
Maintaining correct and up-to-date customer information.
Providing prices for repeat quote/order requests and follow up.
Converting inbound orders into a common format for processing.
Advising customers of price discrepancies and/or changes on orders.
Pro-actively guide customers from order receipt to artwork/format approval.
Liaising with customers to obtain items necessary to produce their labels.
Answering certification, legislation, questionnaire and delivery info requests.
Maintaining our reputation of providing an exemplary customer experience.
Manage an email reminder process against customer re-order forecast dates.
Oversee our automated dunning process and address/escalate debt concerns.
What we are looking for:
Customer service experience in a B2B sales environment.
Fluent in both spoken and written German.
Excellent customer service and administration skills.
Pace and precision to ensure that our customers receive exceptional support.
Excellent communication skills over Teams, on the phone and by email.
A team player amongst colleagues in the same role.
A CILS Customer Support Executive is one of three important roles in each sales territory. You will be working alongside your territory's Business Development Manager who is responsible for increasing revenue through customer relationships and new business enquiry generation.
The role is 100% office based at our Worthing, West Sussex production facility. As the role is exclusively related to our German customer base, the role observes German Bank Holidays, please note, these do not always match UK Bank Holidays.
