InTEC Group are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Reigate. This role is a fixed-term appointment to provide maternity cover.

The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring seamless processes and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong organisational mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role, with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

Support the Sales Team: Assist sales representatives with preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations. Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product or service information as needed. Order Management: Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection. Database Maintenance: Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making processes. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data analysis tools. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organisational Abilities: Exceptional time management and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt to varying team needs. Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges effectively.

Salary and benefits

28,000 per annum plus OTE 5K

Full time

Fixed-term contract for 6 months with possibility of extension.
