We are looking for a dynamic, motivated German speaking Account Manager to join our DACH team. This position is a fantastic opportunity offering variety and potential to the right candidate. You would be office based at our bespoke designed office in the iconic Park Hill developement, 5 mins from the train station.
Key Account Management is a large part of the role and includes building the relationships, growing sales and administration for quotes, orders and anything else they might need. In addition to this you will be required to attend 2 German trade fairs annually, usually in February, which working longer days and weekends. The fairs are great for meeting new customers, catching up with key accounts and generating leads for new business that you can follow up, so whilst it is hard work it is rewarding. In addition to this we also have a permanent showroom in Paris which you can utilise to demonstrate our product range to potential customers, as well as visiting customers in Germany when needed.
Although this is a sales-driven role, as part of the DACH Department you will spend a significant amount of time in the office. Your responsibilities will include managing Key Accounts, providing customer service and administrative support for all DACH customers, as well as carrying out marketing activities such as updating the website, translating, SEO, newsletter creation, and reporting and analysing sales performance, so we were not lying when we said it's varied!
