DescriptionGerman Speaking Travel Support (Hybrid)Our client is one of the worlds largest online travel guidance company that offers online hotel reservations and bookings for transportation, lodging, travel experiences, and restaurant.They are in search of a German Speaking Travel Support Representative that will cooperate with customers to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.What's in it for you :

  • 313/hr pay rate
  • Hybrid schedule
  • 8 AM - 4:30 PM shift
  • Free parking + lunch for on-site shifts
Responsibilities:
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Canceling and modifying reservations by phone
  • Corresponding courteously & professionally in email, chat and calls interactions
  • Recording accurate booking information, customer inquiries, interactions, and details of actions taken into various in-house software solutions
Requirements and Skills:
  • 1+ years of relevant customer service, operations, or reservations experience
  • Must be fluent in German and English
  • Experience with relevant applications like Salesforce, Zendesk, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office suite, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
