As we scale our marketing engine and digital infrastructure, we're looking for a

full stack marketing specialist

to help us build, optimise, and manage our entire funnel ecosystem.

What You'll Do

You'll be the driving force behind building and optimising sales funnels from front to back. This includes:

Building high-converting sales funnels (lead magnets, tripwires, webinars, VSLs, checkout flows, upsells) Creating and automating email sequences across the customer journey Running CRO experiments and split-tests to improve funnel performance Supporting paid advertising strategy with funnel-ready creative and tracking Analysing funnel metrics and optimising conversion rates across all stages Setting up backend automation, tagging, segmentation, and reporting

What You'll Need

Essential:

Proven experience building marketing funnels using platforms like GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar Strong understanding of customer journeys, offer structures, and funnel psychology Hands-on knowledge of email marketing (e.g., flows, campaigns, segmenting, deliverability) Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing Understanding of paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google) and how to build funnels that convert cold traffic Strong initiative, creativity, and problem-solving mindset

Bonus (Not Required, but Nice to Have):

Graphic design skills using Canva or Figma Experience with video editing or media content creation Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, Zapier, etc.
