We're seeking an enthusiastic and reliable football coach to lead our
brand-new U11 girls team
, representing Harlow Tekkers FC in theHertfordshire Girls Football League
, starting September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the development of young players while being part of a supportive coaching environment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead weekly training sessions with energy and creativity Manage the team during Saturday morning fixtures Liaise with opposition coaches to coordinate match details Create and review individual player development plans Promote a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements:
FA Level 1 (or higher) in Coaching Football Experience working with children, ideally in a football setting Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions Access to a car and willingness to travel across Hertfordshire/Essex for away games Strong communication and leadership skills A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Schedule:
One weekday training session Saturday morning match days
Location:
Training in Harlow Matches across Hertfordshire and Essex
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 15.00 per hour
