coaches where applicable Provide match-day support across relevant age groups (warm-ups, tactical briefings, in-game
feedback) Develop and monitor individual development plans or player development plans for all
goalkeepers in your cohort in collaboration with the Player Development Lead, conducting
regular reviews and feedback sessions with players and parents Use video analysis and performance data to provide feedback, prepare learning clips, and
support reflective practice Work closely with the Academy's multi-disciplinary team (sports science, medical,
psychology) to ensure goalkeeper development is holistic and integrated Stay current with modern goalkeeping methodologies and deliver CPD for goalkeeping staff
as appropriate Maintain accurate session plans, attendance records, performance reviews, and
administrative data in line with club systems and EPPP requirements

Experience of creating and leading a high performing GK programme .

current ETC, WSL/Championship regulations.

Willing to learn the use of new database programmes such as Player Management Application
