Overview

We are a toughened glass manufacturer seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Glass Order Processing Administrator

to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in processing and managing toughened glass orders from receipt through to production, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow across departments. This role is ideally suited to someone with experience in glass manufacturing and strong working knowledge of

G-Trak

order processing systems.

Duties

Process and manage toughened glass orders using the

G-Trak

system, ensuring all specifications, dimensions, and requirements are accurate Enter, update, and maintain order data, production schedules, and customer information within G-Trak Liaise closely with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure orders are manufactured and delivered correctly and on time Review drawings, specifications, and order details to prevent errors and rework Coordinate order amendments, production changes, and re-makes when required Maintain accurate documentation, records, and correspondence related to glass orders Assist with inventory control of glass stock and related materials Prepare reports and carry out data entry to support production and operational planning Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within a manufacturing environment
Requirements

Proven experience processing orders within a

glass manufacturing or glazing environment

Essential experience using G-Trak

or similar glass industry ERP/order processing systems Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with measurements, specifications, and glass types Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise across departments Competent IT skills and confidence working with production and order management systems Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy
This role requires a highly organised individual with a solid understanding of toughened glass order processing and manufacturing workflows. The successful applicant will be accurate, dependable, and capable of contributing positively to a busy production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00 per year
