We're a dedicated team that takes real pride in what we do -- flexible, hands-on, and always focused on quality. Every project matters, and we believe that great work comes from people who genuinely care about getting the details right.
The Role:
We're looking for a well-organised and proactive Production Administrator to support our busy production team.
In this role, you'll help keep our workflow running smoothly -- managing stock levels, tracking production costs, raising purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records. You'll also ensure that production activities remain aligned with project budgets and timelines, supporting the efficient delivery of high-quality work.
If you're someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and being part of a team that delivers exceptional results, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise and coordinate production workflow to ensure projects stay on track.
Monitor stock levels, order materials, and liaise with suppliers.
Track production costs and maintain accurate financial records.
Ensure all production activities align with project budgets and timelines.
Allocate production resources to specific job numbers and maintain clear records.
Support the team with scheduling and updating the production timeline.
Ensure all production paperwork and purchase orders are completed accurately.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth, efficient daily operations.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a production, operations, or administrative role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Confident with spreadsheets, databases, and record-keeping systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Understanding of cost tracking and maintaining work within project budgets.
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and support others.
If you're organised, dependable, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly and on budget, we'd love to hear from you.
