As
Global Account Manager
, you'll be at the frontline of this growth--owning strategy, outreach, and onboarding of new Tier 1 Sports retail partners. This is a high-impact role for someone commercially sharp, technically aware, and obsessed with building high-value, strategic retail partnerships that deliver.
What You'll Do
Identify and prospect high-value Sports retailers across global markets in line with Flixmedia's category and brand growth objectives
Build and manage a crystal-clear acquisition pipeline, using Salesforce to track statuses, next steps, and integration type
Develop a targeted outreach strategy in collaboration with the Head of Retail Acquisition
Own the onboarding experience--ensuring technical integrations are seamless, scalable, and automated
Work cross-functionally with Client Relationship Managers, Operations, and Engineering to drive strong, lasting retailer partnerships
Feed Sports-specific insight back into our product roadmap and innovation cycle
Support retailer retention initiatives when needed to ensure strong continuity across the network
What You Bring
Proven experience within a Sports Brand or Sports Retailer, buying, merchandising, or commercial acquisition--bonus points if it's within ecommerce
Strong knowledge of global Sports retail dynamics--from big-box retailers
Confidence in managing and prioritising pipelines using CRM tools like Salesforce
Natural communicator who knows how to pitch, close, and build long-term trust with senior stakeholders
Comfortable engaging in tech-enabled onboarding
High-energy, self-driven, and KPI-conscious--you thrive on goals and celebrate the wins
Success Looks Like
Tier 1 and category-specific Sports retailers successfully onboarded in key regions
High-quality integrations and programme launches across platforms
A consistent cadence of face-to-face pitches and meetings with target retailers
Retailer services being actively promoted and adopted, from smart syndication to value-add content
