Client Account Manager
to assist with client account management.
The Role:
As a Client Account Manager, your focus will be on ensuring clients benefit fully from our insights and data products. You'll help them use our platform effectively, drive return on investment, and stay one step ahead in digital performance, particularly across social media, and email marketing, and how to optimise SEO/Google Search keywords.
You'll work closely with Senior Management and Junior Account Executives to ensure operational excellence and a seamless client experience. Expect variety, autonomy, and fast-paced growth.
Role Overview
As a
Client Account Manager
, you will be responsible for working efficiently with other staff, the Senior Management Team, and most importantly, providing support to our clients across the organisation. This role will require you to be organised and responsive to requests, along with working pro-actively on agreed tasks. Day to day the role can differ quite substantially, especially as we are in a fast growth period and new tasks are being added regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
At all times, be proactive in your day-to-day delivery of client work, ensuring tasks are prioritised and executed on time and to a very high standard
Assist and train Junior Account executives
Translate platform data and performance metrics into actionable client insights
Monitor and report on social media engagement and digital performance
Utilise social media skills to enhance brand visibility and engagement, and producing reports on social media performance
Oversee email marketing campaigns from build and delivery to reporting
Identify and apply digital trends, content performance, and SEO insights
Present insights and recommendations clearly and professionally to clients
Stay informed on new platforms, tools, and best practices in digital and data marketing
Undertake new tasks and responsibilities as the company grows
About You
Based in
the UK
with the right to work
2+ years' customer service experience
1+ years account management experience within a SaaS, digital, marketing, or data environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially social media, email, and SEO
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Hands-on experience with campaign analysis, reporting, and data visualisation
Familiarity with email marketing campaign strategies, software, and reporting
A demonstrable understanding of the principles of analytics and data visualisation
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple clients at one time
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines
A genuine passion for sport and the world of professional athletes
