As Client Associate Director, you will lead the day-to-day running of the Gucci account across multiple global markets and act as a trusted point of contact for the client. This role blends global planning oversight with deep account servicing and operational ownership. You'll ensure the seamless coordination of Gucci's campaigns and wider projects across local teams, provide strategic insight, and continuously optimise how we work together.

Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & CommunicationOwn the day-to-day relationship with mid-level clients, sharing proactive updates and engaging in daily comms and weekly calls.
Maintain client trust and confidence through clear communication and reliable delivery.
Work with the local leads to create TRR action plans and track progress with markets. Continually strive to react to feedback and improve PRIP & TRR scores.
Lead client calls, ensuring clear updates, alignment, and next steps are communicated effectively.
Planning & ReportingSupporting the client partner and strategic lead in delivering annual strategies.
Lead the response process for global campaign briefs, ensuring a smooth end-to-end delivery across all channels, including budget management.
Support Gucci Media Insights Team on providing insights for monthly internal sharing.
Work closely with Gucci's global team to prepare quarterly campaign briefs and Excel plans, ensuring SLA's are followed and providing feedback.
Lead post campaign analysis for key campaigns globally and ensure we provide strategic recommendations.
Respond to ad hoc client requests, including fast-turnaround reporting, using tools such as GMAP and Dentsu Connect.
Market CoordinationKey point of contact for key regions and markets, ensuring completion of key global deliverables and guidelines are adhered to
Keep local market teams informed by sharing regular Global Gucci updates, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and campaign developments.
Team Leadership & CollaborationEnsure we deliver excellence in all aspects of the end-to-end campaign process, working closely with strategists, teams across all specialist channels and media partners so that all the work we deliver for our clients is of the highest standard and that is upheld throughout the team.
Reviewing operational processes, striving to always make efficiencies and improvements to meet client needs
Drive collaboration between local markets and sister brands, actively encouraging knowledge sharing, alignment on best practices, and cross-brand learnings.
Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring they're equipped to support delivery excellence, and take responsibility & care for their career development
Lead improvements in data accuracy across key tools, including DC and GMAP, while ensuring markets are aligned on processes and ways of working.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Experience:5+ years in a media agency or marketing environment, with strong experience in client services and global account management
Experience working on Luxury/Fashion/Retail clients
Proven experience in leading global or multi-market campaigns, including end-to-end planning, coordination, and reporting across all channels (particularly Digital, OOH, and Print)
Skilled at building strong client relationships, fostering trust and partnership, and confidently presenting to senior stakeholders
Confident in managing budgets, financial processes, and supporting operational excellence
A strong, personable & respectful collaborator, they should be great at working with others in iProspect and across the dentsu network to develop brilliant client solutions together.
Must be curious and passionate about luxury and the fashion industry, showing clear knowledge for the category they operate in and challenges they face.
