The role will involve providing support across carrier functions, as well as assisting the Global Carrier team with a range of cross-departmental activities, including sales and procurement. The position will also contribute to the management and coordination of key projects and ongoing operational processes.
Role & Responsibilities
Close working with internal teams such as Technology/Enterprise/Finance.
Manage relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
Maintain departmental records such as circuit inventory/SOFs/Contracts.
Help procure services outside of Gibraltar for our own core network requirements, Enterprise customers and Carrier customers.
Liaise with Finance on any invoice/billing issues.
Support team members at Industry events.
Manage other daily AdHoc work that is required, using internal platforms including CRM.
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong MS Office suite skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Graduate/or 3yrs experience within the Telecoms/IT/OTT industries and a willingness to keep learning and gaining experience.
Highly self- motivated, managing workflow and being able to form relationships both internally within Gibtelecom and externally.
Must be a team player as the role involves working closely alongside peers and management across multiple departments.
Experience with CRM systems.
Role will require some travel outside of Gibraltar.
