The Client General Manager, Multinational Clients is a strategic leader at Amex GBT, reporting into the Director Multinational Clients and managing a portfolio of clients. This role will be the primary point of contact for our clients' strategic needs, focused on identifying and delivering new opportunities, driving client and traveller satisfaction, creating strategic solutions and promoting Amex GBT's capabilities with the objective of growing and retaining the client portfolio whilst delivering value to both clients and Amex GBT. The role is to identify innovative solutions, to have a strong understanding of the client and competitors, and an in-depth knowledge of the travel industry. Working with a high performing team in a collaborative environment, the Client General Manager will ensure that client initiatives are fully delivered, and expectations are exceeded whilst delivering profitable growth to our business.
