Job Description

Meta is looking for an experienced leader with success managing large, complex partnerships to be the primary lead for a large global advertiser. This high-profile position will be responsible for setting and delivering on the strategy for the partnership, driving the business globally, including accountability for company priorities, revenue and product goals





Global Client Lead Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary contact and relationship owner for key client stakeholders (CEO, CMO, VPs Brand/Media, Legal, Measurement) Develop in-depth understanding of the client's industry, organization, and objectives Drive executive meetings and engagements, including C-suite, with thorough preparation and follow-up Build internal client communities for updates and best practice sharing Own the definition and delivery of the global strategy for a leading global partnership Lead joint business plan negotiations and deliver against performance and product targets Own and tailor communications for company updates, press cycles, product launches, and executive updates Navigate complex organizations to identify decision-makers and develop efficient processes for scaled impact Build cross-functional teams to achieve client business objectives, setting clear goals and managing delivery Lead client representation at global internal and external events Partner with sales operations, local account teams, and client stakeholders to conduct comprehensive business analysis (revenue, market opportunity, product penetration) to track goals and unlock opportunity






Minimum Qualifications:



10+ years of experience in Marketing, Media Sales, Online Advertising, Business Development, or Business Consulting Proven and consistent track record of executing and delivering/exceeding against an accelerated growth strategy Experience establishing executive-level relationships and building trusted relationship at every level Experienced in reducing complexity, finding solutions and navigate complex organisation Leadership skills with experience influencing, developing, and empowering people to achieve objectives within a cross-functional team Proven communicator with experience presenting to large-scale audiences Structured, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, Experience managing large multinational clients






Preferred Qualifications:



German language proficiency Experience working with or in FMCG business, with a focus on beauty/ personal care
