Reporting directly to Global Platform Director, Aerospace Materials, and leading a team of segment managers located in different regions, you will shape the global strategy for the commercial segment and drive specific initiatives in the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities



Strategic Planning & Execution



Understand industry dynamics and key players include OEMs and sub-tiers, airlines and aftermarket MROs. Utilize market intelligence tools to identify market trends, growth opportunities and develop data driven strategies. Understand competitive landscape; define and refine value propositions for each sub-segment and monitor segment performance through KPIs. Provide input and for global and regional pricing strategies. Participate in key industrial consortia and working groups: SAE, GIFAS, IAEG, and other local groups. Define & validate business cases to support New Product Development (NPD) Projects. Develop and execute EMEA strategic initiatives, aligned with global and EMEA strategies and global product roadmap.

Customer Engagement & Support



Develop deep customer understanding and identify customer needs. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization and provide input to product strategy and roadmap, NPD portfolio, qualification plan and supply chain. Support sales team for customer audits and tenders. Sales enablement: Supporting sales teams with value proposition, training, insights, and strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Be the focal point within the EMEA region for all products and new technologies. Provide EMEA needs and inputs to global market strategy and product roadmap. Member of the EMEA leadership team to represent the global platform.

Required Skills & Competencies



Minimum 5 yrs experience in sales, strategic marketing, or product management in the aerospace industry or other related industrial businesses. Bachelor's Degree in business, science, engineering or related fields preferred Must be able to speak, read, write & interpret technical information in English Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills Strong market and technical knowledge of aerospace coatings or materials. Ability to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Cross-functional collaboration: Working with sales, engineering, operations, and marketing teams Financial acumen: Understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability. Effective communication, Clear, persuasive, and tailored to technical and non-technical audiences, internal and external Ability to develop Network internally and externally Up to 40% travel
