Omnicom Media Group is offering an exciting role within our Global Growth team, representing the OMG Network in pitching for some of the largest and most recognised global brands in the industry. As a Growth Manager, you will play a key part in expanding the groups client base and revenue through thoughtful client acquisition, retention, and business development efforts.
This position requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and a strong grasp of media, advertising, and digital trends. You will identify new opportunities, help build and nurture partnerships, and contribute to growing existing accounts. Working closely with strategy, creative, and media teams, you will help develop pitches, go-to-market plans, and ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns that align with client objectives.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of business development acumen, marketing insight and relationship-building skills to help position OMG as a top-tier partner in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities include managing the pitch process from initial RFI/RFP responses to presentations and contract negotiations, offering strategic insights that connect client needs with agency solutions, and collaborating with leadership to set and monitor revenue goals and performance indicators. You will work alongside multiple teams to create well-rounded and effective pitch responses, ensure a seamless transition from pitch to project start, and provide mentorship to support team development. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities will also be important to help keep clients and teams informed and prepared.
