We have an opportunity for a hands-on, narrative-led Global Head of Content to lead the development and execution of the content strategy across EMEA, AMER and APJ. Together with the Marketing Leadership team, you will devise an approach to effectively communicate Basis Technologies' Intelligent Change Management narrative to an audience of Enterprise stakeholders, and work alongside your Content team to execute.
As well as strategic oversight and direction, you will manage a small team of UK-based Content Specialists providing feedback and coaching to continuously improve our ability to connect with our target audience; as well as personally deliver high-impact content.

Have responsibility over the growth of the Basis Technologies'
brand and Intelligent Change Management (ICM) narrative, driving engagement that leads to pipeline and revenue generation

To help you establish whether this role is for you, these are the key foundational characteristics you will need to be set up for success:
Professional experience in writing content, based on complex solutions, for an Enterprise B2B audience. We have a narrative-led approach to marketing, and so you should highly proficient in communicating in this manner
Experience in creating and executing thorough content strategies that create emotional buy-in and belief and which impact funnel metrics and accelerate growth and retention
Proficient in writing and reviewing different content formats, including social media and website copy, blog posts and articles
Experienced in using and managing Content Management Systems, such as WordPress
Experience in leading and developing junior content specialists, providing constructive feedback and guidance
Excellent communication skills, understanding how to diversify messaging or tone based on the audience, with the ability to work collaboratively across time zones
Data driven mindset, using insights from various sources and platforms, in order to consistently improve our reach and engagement, leading higher volume of marketing generated leads
