Position Overview The Global Head of Human Resources will be instrumental in building and leading the HR function, developing and implementing strategies to create a unified, high-performing culture across the company's diverse business units and geographies. This role will be a key member of the senior leadership team, working collaboratively to drive the company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals
Build and lead a global HR team to support the company's growth
Drive the integration and alignment of disparate business units and cultures
Collaborate with senior leadership to optimise organisational structure and talent allocation
Implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top talent
Foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and high performance
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations across global operations
Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs
Provide strategic guidance and support to the CEO and senior leadership team
To be considered for this role candidates should demonstrate the following:
Proven track record of success in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a global technology company
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Strong business acumen and understanding of the link between HR and business strategy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Experience in leading organisational change and cultural transformation initiatives
In-depth knowledge of global HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
