Are you a dynamic marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution? Wexe2x80x99re looking for a Global Head of Marketing to shape and scale the marketing engine of a rapidly growing, experience-based travel brand.This is a high-impact role for a marketing leader ready to own the entire customer lifecyclexe2x80x94from brand positioning and go-to-market strategy to execution across paid, organic, and experiential channels. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to build a world-class D2C engine that scales sustainably and profitably.The role:
- Strategic go-to-market planning, especially around acquisitions
- Brand development and customer journey optimization
- Communications, messaging, and positioning across all channels
- Performance marketing (Google Ads, SEO, A/B testing, CRO)
- Scaling D2C marketing operations with an eye on efficiency
- A strategic operator and hands-on executorxe2x80x94especially in the early phase
- Built and scaled D2C marketing functions, ideally from the ground up
- Comfortable working with lean budgets, global teams and time zones
- Experienced in experience-based travel, high-transaction consumer products, or similar fast-paced industries
- Adept in social media, PR, partnerships, and multi-channel strategy
- Navigated brand growth through acquisition
