:

We are looking for a Global Head of Travel Product & Value Proposition to join the AXA Partners Customer & Strategy department.

The Global Head of Travel Product & Value Proposition is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the product strategy and driving innovation within the Travel Insurance segment. This role encompasses three core areas:

Strategy and development of product innovation Delivery and product expertise for international deals Leading a strategic project focused on product simplification.

Additionally, the role requires strong regulatory product oversight and compliance.

What you'll be doing:

Product Innovation Strategy & Development:

+ Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for product innovation to enhance the global Travel Insurance offering. + Identify market trends and customer needs to drive the creation of new products and value propositions.
+ Foster a culture of innovation within the team and across the organization.

Product Delivery & Expertise:

+ Oversee the delivery of product solutions for international deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives. + Serve as the subject matter expert on product capabilities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global business growth.
+ Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of contractual documents

Strategic Project Leadership - Product Simplification:

+ Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and product offerings.

Product Oversight Regulatory Compliance:

+ Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory environments affecting Travel Insurance products. + Ensure all products and initiatives comply with local and international regulations.
+ Lead efforts to adapt products to meet evolving regulatory standards.

Team Leadership:

+ Manage and develop a team of six professionals, including four focused on product delivery, one dedicated to innovation, and one specializing in product simplification and regulatory affairs. + Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to team members.
+ Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Senior Leadership Role:

+ Act as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team for Travel Solutions, contributing to overall business strategy and decision-making. + Collaborate with senior leaders to align product initiatives with the company's broader goals.
+ Represent the product function in high-level discussions and negotiations.

What you'll bring:

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization and influence senior stakeholders. Experience in product management and innovation, preferably within the Travel Insurance or broader insurance industry. Proven track record of leading product development, delivery, and strategic projects. Strong understanding of Insurance regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
