Job Summary:



We are looking for a driven and commercially minded

Sales and Business Specialist

to lead our growth in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector amongst others.

This role focuses on existing key accounts and the development of building new relationships within the cold chain industry. This will be achieved by promoting and renting our

refrigerated cold and frozen storage equipment

to clients who require precise, reliable, and scalable temperature-controlled solutions.

The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities across pharmaceutical and food manufacturers, distributors, research facilities, and logistics providers, helping them meet stringent temperature compliance and storage requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Nurture and growth of existing key accounts. Proactively identify and engage pharmaceutical companies and other cold chain industries, logistics providers, and research institutions that require cold or frozen storage to create new key accounts. Promote TITAN's range of

refrigerated container solutions

for storing vaccines, medicines, APIs, biologics, and other temperature-sensitive goods. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, regulatory storage requirements (e.g. GDP, GxP), and how our solutions support compliance. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and supply chain stakeholders across markets. Deliver tailored product demonstrations, quotations, and technical proposals to prospective clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a focus on recurring rental revenue and strategic account development. Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical cold chain trends, temperature control regulations, and industry pain points. Represent TITAN at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Requirements:



Proven sales experience in the

pharmaceutical, cold chain logistics, or temperature-controlled storage

sectors. Strong understanding of storage regulations and temperature compliance standards for pharmaceutical (vaccines, medicines, APIs, biologics) and other temperature-sensitive goods. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Commercial mindset with the ability to identify both immediate opportunities and long-term partnerships. Comfortable working independently, managing a sales pipeline, and travelling as needed. Fluent in English. Valid driver's license.
