Global Knowledge Transfer Professional

to lead scientific training and capability development across our global medical community.

Your Mission

In this high-impact role, you will have the following responsibilities,

Design and deliver scientific training programs across therapy areas, integrating adult learning principles. Lead onboarding, certification, and congress-related training initiatives. Collaborate with global and affiliate medical teams to identify and address training needs. Works with all internal training teams to ensure quality and consistency in key scientific training for all functions with clear and consistent scientific messages. Collaborates with the Commercial L+D team to ensure the provision of appropriate content to be repurposed for commercial training. Drive capability development aligned with Ipsen's medical strategy and business goals. Ensure training excellence through KPIs, assessments, and continuous improvement.

About you -

Required Knowledge & Experience

Essential

requirements,

Strong scientific background with flexibility across therapy areas. Experience in Medical Affairs (e.g., MSL, Medical Advisor) within the pharmaceutical industry. Proven track record in designing and delivering scientific training. Project management experience, ideally with Veeva Systems. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and performance consulting skills.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications and Experience,

Postgraduate degree (MSc, PhD, MD, PharmD, MBA). Experience in Ipsen's therapeutic areas. Coaching or mentoring experience. Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus.
