Your role:

The Global Lead ERM will play a pivotal part in establishing, leading, and developing an enterprise risk management programme integrating key business principles and requirements at a business area, divisional and functional level.

  • Establish a functional RASCI which enables alignment and collaboration to common objectives leveraging competencies and insights to facilitate an ERM programme which generates strategic value
  • Establish a programme supported by frameworks which enable a quarterly review process incorporating a range of legislative, regulatory and corporate compliance, as well as Climate risk and modelling, BCP testing and identifying risks to our sustainability targets and roadmap
  • Collaborate with ERM leadership from Atlas Copco Group and other BA\'s to develop and execute projects, solutions and policies.
  • Collaborate with the Information Systems team to develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and systems in the event of natural disasters, viruses, and hackers.
  • On a quarterly basis provide a management report on the status of ERM and BCP resilience across the business area identifying the levels of compliance, changes in risks identified, and updates on changes in policy and process.
To succeed, you will need:
  • Degree or equivalent in an professional services, engineering or scientific discipline or extensive management experience
  • A comprehensive understanding and experience of enterprise risk management, TCFD and, business continuity planning
  • Experience of working with market frameworks and certified standards such as science-based targets to identify changing requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in environmental sustainability
  • Demonstrated leadership to accelerate implementation of strategies and programmes to achieve company targets
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with previous experience of engaging and influencing internal and external stakeholders at a leadership level
  • Strong organisational, planning and programme management skills
  • Defining, setting and reporting on goals and KPIs
