This is a strategic business partnering role within the Global Mobility (GM) function, responsible for leading the execution of talent mobility strategies aligned with UK & Europe regional business objectives. Acting as the single point of contact for Business and HR leaders, the Business Partner provides expert guidance on mobility matters and leads key initiatives to support workforce agility and global talent deployment.
The Business Partner collaborates cross-functionally with Global Mobility, Total Rewards, Expatriate Tax, and regional HR teams to ensure a seamless and compliant mobility experience. This role also provides leadership and direction to a Global Mobility Advisor supporting the region, ensuring alignment, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Partner leads the delivery of mobility strategies that align with UK & Europe regional talent plans and business objectives. As the single point of contact for HR, Finance, and business leaders, they build trusted relationships and provide expert guidance on mobility matters, including assignments, permanent transfers, and executive-level cases. They bring subject matter expertise to assess mobility needs, shape sustainable and cost-effective solutions, and translate them into actionable frameworks that support business performance.
In this role, the Business Partner represents Global Mobility on regional HR leadership teams and plays a key role in driving change initiatives that enhance workforce agility and employee experience. They ensure proactive, high-quality communication and follow-through, fostering trust through consistent delivery and results. The Business Partner monitors regulatory developments to ensure compliance with AtkinsRealis' global mobility frameworks and oversees regional vendors to ensure service excellence and responsiveness to business and assignee needs.
Through active networking and collaboration across functions and geographies, the Business Partner stays attuned to market trends and stakeholder perspectives, continuously identifying opportunities to deliver mobility solutions that drive organizational performance.
