Are you an experienced global mobility professional ready to take the next step?
We're hiring a Global Mobility Specialist to join our London-based team. In this role, you'll help manage international assignments, relocations, and remote working requests across more than a dozen countries -- including the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Europe.
You'll be part of a friendly, expert global team that supports employee moves from end to end -- with a strong focus on compliance, service, and international collaboration.
What you'll be doing:
As a key member of our Global Mobility team, you'll provide hands-on support to employees and their families throughout the assignment lifecycle.
Your day-to-day will include:Coordinating end-to-end global assignments and secondments Acting as the first point of contact for mobility-related queries from employees and internal teams Managing visa, immigration and international remote working requests Liaising with third-party providers to arrange work permits, household goods shipments and relocation services Ensuring compliance with international tax, immigration, and audit processes Supporting payroll, compensation and compliance requirements with local People teams Tracking vendor invoicing and mobility data accurately Delivering an excellent employee experience during international moves

You'll work closely with the Global Mobility Business Partner and partner with our wider global People teams.
What we're looking for:Experience in global mobility, ideally in-house and covering end-to-end assignments Understanding of international tax, immigration, and compliance issues Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Comfortable using internal systems and working with external vendors Confident communicator with a solutions-focused mindset Able to work sensitively across different cultures and time zones

Experience in wider HR/People operations is a plus
