Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join the Expatriate Employment Division within the Staffing Services function at This Company in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The Expatriate Employment Division is responsible for identifying, engaging and attracting top global talent to join This Company and provide the required human capital to help This Company achieve its strategic objectives. The position will report into the Supervisor, Attraction and Source Unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to target top expatriate talent for This Company and meet the company\'s hiring needs.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future expatriate staffing requirements.
  • Utilize various tools such as LinkedIn, the This Company careers website, external job boards, networking events, conferences, and talent mapping to develop and execute global sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with overseas subsidiary recruiting offices in the UK, US, Singapore, and India to target appropriate talent markets and implement regional/country-specific sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize existing and new sourcing strategies, methodologies, and technologies to build talent pipelines for This Company.
  • Optimize the This Company expatriate careers website to ensure a seamless candidate application journey.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify required competencies and skills and develop appropriate sourcing and attraction strategies in partnership with recruitment teams.
  • Conduct return on investment (ROI) analysis on sourcing channels to determine success rates and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Identify sourcing opportunities at industry conferences and events and develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract and network with top talent.
  • Manage third-party suppliers to ensure delivery on recruitment requirements and identify new suppliers to enhance sourcing and talent pipelines.
  • Conduct talent mapping, either in-house or using external third-party vendors, to assess global and country-specific talent supply and demand and drive strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop young local talent within the organization.
Requirements:
  • This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a sourcing specialist in an international talent acquisition/recruitment function, gained either in-house or in external consultancy.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing complex global sourcing strategies using the latest methodologies and technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of contemporary talent sourcing principles and a track record of utilizing talent sourcing tools and channels effectively.
  • Experience in sourcing within the Oil and Gas industry or analogous sectors, with preference given to those with exposure to the Arabian Gulf/Middle East region.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple and competing stakeholder requirements.
  • Solid commercial acumen with advanced negotiation skills.
  • Strong integrity, honesty, and ethics.
