The opportunity
EPG is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Coordinator ("GPC") to support the accurate and compliant delivery of payroll across multiple countries. This role will be based in the UK and will report to the Global Payroll Manager (based in the US). The GPC will coordinate payroll activities for employees in the US, UK, Hungary, Serbia, Portugal, Canada, Japan, Australia and the Netherlands.
The GPC will work closely with internal stakeholders, locally and internationally based payroll providers, and HR to ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Experience with
ADP Workforce Now ("WFN")
is essential, particularly for US payroll operations. The GPC will also be a key participant in systems integrations as Envision aligns workflows to help scale our growing / international business.

Role responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Act as the primary payroll contact for assigned regions, including the US, UK, Hungary, Serbia, Portugal, Canada, Japan, Australia, and the Netherlands.
Manage monthly, bi-weekly, and ad-hoc payroll cycles in partnership with ADP and local/international payroll vendors.
Administer payroll activities using ADP WFN, including data validation, payroll processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
Ensure payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, commissions, benefits, deductions, and timecards) are accurately processed and supported by appropriate source documentation.
Partner with ADP and third-party payroll providers to resolve payroll queries, discrepancies, and system issues.
Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation, tax requirements, and statutory reporting obligations in all supported countries.
Maintain strong payroll controls, including reconciliations, approvals, audit trails, and checklists; collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality data entry into the HRIS.
Support internal and external audits, payroll reconciliations, and year-end activities (e.g., W-2s, P60s, P11Ds, T4s), including reconciliation of global payroll to the general ledger.
Ensure timely submission and approval of US non-exempt employee timecards for bi-weekly payroll processing.
Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Benefits, and external vendors to ensure accurate payroll outcomes.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a professional and timely manner (within 48 business hours).
Provide payroll-related guidance to HR, including tax treatment, benefits, and off-cycle payments.
Produce payroll reports for Finance, including journals and variance analysis.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve payroll processes, standardisation, and automation.
Support payroll transitions, implementations, and system enhancements as required.
Do you have what we are looking for?
Skills & expertise
Payroll, HR, or Finance qualification (e.g., CIPP, CPP) preferred, but not required.
Proven experience coordinating multi-country payroll in a corporate environment.
Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now ("WFN").
Solid understanding of UK and US payroll processes, with exposure to additional international payrolls.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple payroll calendars.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple time zones (primarily US and UK).
