Modernize Systems:

Audit our existing payroll landscape and drive the consolidation or overhaul of systems to improve automation and efficiency.

Lead Compliance & Audit:

Serve as the global subject matter expert for payroll taxes and statutory filings, managing year-end activities and internal/external audits.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Partner with the People and Finance teams to integrate global benefits, compensation, and mobility initiatives into a seamless payroll flow.
