JOB PURPOSE

Global process owner for end-to-end of platform processes (Buy Plan, Line Card & A&R) and other platform implementations on the roadmap. The ownership and management of current governance forums and key stakeholder groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for providing ongoing support to merchandising, allocation and planning teams on the Board tools and troubleshooting any user issues during market support
  • Responsible for managing the assessment of change requests to develop and maintain Board tools ensuring continued global alignment
  • Accountable for monitoring merchandising, allocation and planning teams are adhering to the process required in the tools and following best practice
  • Supports the development of existing and new processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining training materials for tools
  • Responsible for ongoing training within the merchandising, allocation and planning teams ahead of using the tools as refreshers and provide ongoing coaching on a quarterly basis
  • Input into additional solution design and testing of learning environments
  • Understand the market process and business calendar, development and continual improvement of pre-market process and critical path activities in relation to the buy plan tool and ensuring best practice is followed
  • Inputting and managing functional boards with key stakeholders; presenting and facilitating change requests and open business questions
PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Operational experience in planning, inventory management and advanced experience in allocation & replenishment, paired with the ability to coordinate across other sub functions to capture knowledge and upskill in processes is considered mandatory
  • Experience in merchandising, allocation & planning essential.
  • Proven experience in coordinating the work of others.
  • Proven experience in \'thinking outside the box\' / demonstrating an open attitude to change.
  • Proven experience in presenting & facilitating meetings / workshops.
  • Proven experience delivering in a time pressured environment.
  • Desirable: process mapping
  • Desirable: past transformation / large scale merchandising & planning technology project experience
  • Desirable: change management experience
