Global Revenue Management Manager

WHAT YOU\'LL DO
In this role, you will play a critical role in driving our Revenue Management (RM) agenda and contributing to BCG s commercial success through developing commercial best practices, helping lead our training and communications agenda, building and maintaining internal infrastructure and processes, and leading strategic initiatives. Selected key areas of responsibility may include:

  • Identifying and testing hypotheses through rigorous analysis to reveal opportunities and unlock insights that inform our strategy and approach
  • Developing commercial best practices, tactics, and materials for use in deals and negotiations, including Value-Based Pricing arrangements, rate cards, and fixed fee programs
  • Designing effective and engaging trainings to upskill others on commercial best practices
  • Authoring compelling communications that drive awareness and adoption of best practices
  • Partnering on cross-functional initiatives where relevant to RM agenda, including thought partnering during development and rollout
As business needs change, over time you will work on a variety of initiatives, providing you with a wide range of opportunities for professional growth and development.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Bachelor s degree required; advanced degree, preferably an MBA, a plus
  • Significant experience working with senior stakeholders, preferably in a dynamic project-based work environment
  • Relevant experience in commercial finance, professional services industry or a similar field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau, Alteryx, or VBA a plus
YOU\'LL WORK WITH

You will partner closely with your Global Revenue Management teammates as well as client-facing Commercial Teams who directly negotiate individual commercial deals. In addition, you will also collaborate with colleagues from across the global organization, including the Client Team / Business Development, Finance, Legal, L&D, and BCG s Specialty Businesses.
