A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a Global Safety Medical Director for a 12-month duration, to become part of a worldwide biopharmaceutical enterprise.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess findings from safety signal detection, confirm signals, and decide on the necessity while devising a plan for additional analysis.
- Create resources for implementing additional risk reduction measures as relevant to the position.
- Perform regular (summary) safety reporting.
- Potentially research and evaluate adverse event data, pertinent literature, and other safety-related information to facilitate signal detection.
- Engage in risk management and mitigation endeavors.
- Essential scientific qualification (PhD or MSc) in a healthcare field or pertinent life/natural science subject, or comparable professional background.
- 5-8 years of direct involvement in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical sector.
- Profound comprehension of the intersections between different pharmacovigilance and risk management processes.
