We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Global Sales Evangelist to act as a force multiplier across our worldwide sales organization. This is a non-line management role designed for a seasoned sales executive who thrives in influence-driven environments and has a track record of scaling products from zero. It's all about enabling the organization to learn how to sell a new product. If you have a background in financial services, insurance, telecommunications or data background in B2B sales this role is for you.
You will work cross-functionally to enable, coach, and elevate regional sales teams, helping them unlock new opportunities, refine their go-to-market strategies, and accelerate deal velocity. Your global perspective and startup-to-scaleup experience will be instrumental in shaping how we sell, position, and win.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Strategy Overlay
Act as a strategic advisor and coach to regional sales leaders and their teams. Help shape and refine sales motions, value propositions, and deal strategies across markets.
Collaborate with Sales Executives by attending key client meetings to serve as a passionate, expert-level resource and storytelling partner. Strengthens client trust and accelerates the sales cycle by providing deep product knowledge and communicating the company's vision and value proposition.
Mentorship & Capability Building
Serve as a trusted mentor to sales professionals at all levels. Identify skill gaps, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Go-to-Market Acceleration
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on messaging, market segmentation, and product readiness. Help translate product innovation into commercial success.
Global Deal Support
Engage directly in high-impact opportunities, providing deal strategy, executive presence, and customer engagement support to help close complex or strategic deals.
Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop
Act as the voice of the field. Bring structured feedback from the front lines to influence product roadmap, pricing, and positioning.
Scaling Playbooks
Leverage your experience in startup or scale-up environments to help codify repeatable sales playbooks and frameworks that can be adopted globally.
Key Skills
- One of FinServ (preferred), Insurance or Telco domain knowledge
- A natural coach and mentor, passionate about developing others and sharing knowledge.
- Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to build trust across functions and cultures.

Qualifications

Experience
- 8-10 years in enterprise sales, with significant experience in overlay, enablement, or strategic sales leadership roles.
- Deep domain expertise in data management, financial services, or telecommunications.
- Proven success in startup environments or in scaling products from $0 to significant ARR.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Global experience across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
