What we're looking for
We're entering a new phase of scale and seeking a dynamic, product- and data-savvy
Vice President / Head of Global Sales
to lead our next growth chapter. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own our global go-to-market strategy across product-led sales (PLS) and enterprise motions, turning product momentum into measurable revenue growth and customer advocacy.
We're not just looking for a closer. We're looking for a
growth architect
who builds the systems, metrics, and culture that drive sustained performance. Success will be measured by ARR growth, win rate, pipeline velocity, forecast accuracy, and expansion revenue.
Within your first 12 months, you will
Develop and execute a global sales strategy that delivers consistent quarter-over-quarter revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise segments
Build and scale a high-performing global team (currently 4 members), driving accountability for pipeline generation, deal velocity, and quota attainment
Establish disciplined forecasting, reporting, and playbooks that improve pipeline coverage, shorten sales cycles, and increase win rates
Partner with Product and Marketing to align messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy with customer insights and product value
Act as a player-coach in key enterprise deals and identify new high-value opportunities through your network
What you bring
A proven record of exceeding revenue targets, driving scalable growth through repeatable sales processes and performance rigor
10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 5+ years leading and scaling high-performing teams in product-led or product-assisted environments
Strong commercial acumen and product fluency; you translate product value into clear business outcomes
A hands-on, data-driven leadership style that combines strategic vision with operational excellence
Experience building cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, and CX, particularly within AI-first martech, adtech, or creative platforms
