Act as a connector between clients and ICT solutions, leveraging cross-functional teams.
Lead account planning sessions and coordinate client relationship activities.
Identify and pursue cross-ICT sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Ensure operational excellence in client management (CRM updates, account planning, client satisfaction).
Collaborate with Sales Effectiveness Team to maximize revenue-generating activities.
Think strategically to uncover long-term client needs and opportunities
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of the Specialty Insurance Market and its dynamics
Proven experience in sales or relationship management.
Commercial awareness of client needs and internal business priorities
Ability to operate independently and set your own agenda
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Strong communication and influencing skills
