Job Description

The Global Talent & Community Coordinator will play a central role in supporting the delivery of Belmond's Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strategies, while also contributing to our Environmental & Social Impact initiatives. Reporting directly to the Global Talent Projects - Senior Manager, with a dotted line to the Head of Environmental & Social Impact, this position offers a unique opportunity to drive best-in-class talent experiences and meaningful community engagement across our organisation.



This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in our central London office (W1W 7NY), and 2 days remote.



Responsibilities:



Provide robust administrative, technical, and creative support for Talent projects, including the Global HR Newsletter, HRHub maintenance, and annual Talent Management campaigns. Serve as the primary contact for digital Talent systems (Workable, SharePoint, MailChimp), supporting global HR teams with technical queries, system updates, and process optimisation. Prepare and produce Talent reporting cycles, maintain dashboards, and deliver on-demand analytics to inform Talent Management and Talent Experience initiatives Support daily operations across the Talent function, including Talent Management, Talent Experience, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, ensuring smooth coordination and continuous improvement. Support the Head of Environmental & Social Impact in driving sustainability engagement, focusing on community engagement, environmental training, and sharing best practices Coordinate volunteering programmes for global offices, partnering with local community organizations, and monitor and report on volunteer day uptake. Facilitate DEI global events and communications in partnership with internal communications, support research and development of DEI policies and resources, and organize regular ERG calls and updates. Collate and analyze business and candidate feedback on recruitment, monitor NPS measures, and use data insights to enhance recruitment processes. Assist in the rollout of key Talent initiatives and campaigns, including the administration of information packs, meeting invites, and preparation materials. Partner with global and local HR teams to source content, stories, and photos for bi-monthly HR newsletters, and support the deployment and tracking of the employee referral scheme (Introduce a Star). Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Social Media teams to amplify our employer brand across digital platforms, and prepare for international career fairs by optimizing talent pools and event communications. Measure and capture key metrics during annual HR campaigns using systems such as Rise (Neo Brain), Talent Connect (Success Factors), and High View (PowerBI). Assist with requests for community donations, compile year-end statistics for volunteering and donations, and contribute content for the Quarterly Sustainability Newsletter.

Requirements:



Proven experience working in a Talent or HR function. This could be Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, DE&I or other HR disciplines. Educational qualifications that have equipped you with knowledge & skills to fulfil the responsibilities of this role to a high standard. This could be a Batchelors Degree, Masters, Apprenticeship or other vocational qualifications. A keen interest in Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, demonstrating a true passion for delivering best in class experiences for our colleagues & candidates alike. An ability to learn and manage complex digital systems, demonstrating you're able to understand new technologies quickly & maintain systems to a high standard. Strong excel & data skills, with the ability to download customised reports & data sets. Demonstrating confidence in cleaning & preparing data, whilst executing standard excel functions such as LOOKUPS, Pivot Tables & Data visualisation. A keen eye for creativity & detail, someone who enjoys preparing presentations, newsletters & other creative assets in line with our brand guidelines. An ability to work flexibility across a multitude of disciplines, confidently prioritising tasks & projects.
