The Global Tax Manager plays a key role in delivering high-quality tax services to our international clients. Working closely with senior leaders and our global partner network, this role supports the operational delivery of our mobility tax services, contributes to technical excellence, and helps drive continuous improvement across the function.

On a typical day...





You'll manage a portfolio of international clients, delivering mobility tax services including tax briefings, compliance support, and advisory work You'll act as a key point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses and escalating complex issues where needed. You'll support the delivery of tax compliance processes, including coordination of tax returns, shadow payrolls, and year-end reconciliations. You'll collaborate with our global partner network to ensure seamless service delivery across jurisdictions. You'll contribute to internal knowledge sharing, supporting junior team members and helping to build technical capability across the team. You'll work closely with the Global Mobility leadership team to identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.

A solid grounding in expatriate tax compliance and advisory services. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners. A customer-focused approach, with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to problem-solving. A desire to grow and develop, with an interest in expanding technical knowledge and contributing to the success of the wider team.
