Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Global UX/UI and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll work as part of a close-knit team liaising with multiple agency partners to produce 'best-in-class' website content improvements as well content creation for other channels such as email, social and printed material. You'll also help in developing and shaping our new app! We are looking for a strategic creative thinker with an analytical eye for detail to help grow the brand internationally and improve customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have at least five (5) years' experience in a similar UX/UI or Graphic design role. You will have a sound knowledge and understanding of website UX/UI and be able to identify user pain-points and improve design to improve the overall customer experience and journey. You will have solid design experience in Adobe (video editing would be an advantage), Canva, Figma, Browsestack, Hot jar or MS Clairy. HTML coding is essential.

Knowledge of international markets would be desirable but not essential.You should be data-driven and have a proven track record of improving growth and performance - you'll be able to demonstrate this in your CV and in the interview.

A-Level or equivalent (required) UX/UI and Graphic Design Certification
Experience:

UX/UI and Graphic design: 5 years (required). You will be required to submit a digital portfolio of work as part of the selection process.

English (required)

Responsibilities



Implement comprehensive content strategies to enhance the customer experience and journey.

Utilise UX/UI analysis (from Hot Jar or MS Clarity) to identify pain-points and strategically map out an improvement plan for the website and customer experience. Create high-quality website content (using tools like Figma, Canva and Adobe) and to improve the customer journey. Full UAT testing experience prior to new content layout roll-out and monitoring. Work with partners and internal teams to develop an app to improve and aid customer experience. Co-ordinate content across various platforms, including blogs, paid media and email campaigns. Support continual improvement of the Customer Journey and communications.
