Job Description

I. Sales & Marketing



Sales Strategy:

Drive the overall sales vision, including setting aggressive revenue targets, overseeing marketing campaigns, and developing sales channel strategies (e.g., direct sales, channel partners).
Strong investor / customer & channel partner network across Lucknow & nearby areas.

Develop and implement

comprehensive annual and long-term

sales and marketing strategies

aligned with the company's overall business objectives and revenue goals. Directly manage

high-value accounts, strategic channel partners (brokers/DSAs),

and corporate client relationships to secure large-scale deals. Ensure the effective operation of the entire sales cycle, from

lead generation and nurturing

through site visits, negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection. Implement and utilize a

robust CRM system

for effective lead management, sales tracking, and data-driven decision-making. Oversee the development and execution of all

marketing campaigns

(digital, print, OOH, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness and qualified lead generation. Direct the

branding and positioning

of real estate projects, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across all platforms. Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams on the development of high-quality

marketing collateral

(brochures, websites, virtual tours, presentations).

II. General Management & Operations



The GM is the overall head, ensuring all departments run efficiently toward the company's long-term objectives.

Strategic Planning:

Develop, communicate, and execute the company's business plan, including long-term goals for sales, project delivery, and profitability.

P&L Oversight:

Full responsibility for the company's profit and loss (

P&L

), including revenue generation, cost management, and budget adherence across all departments.

Operational Efficiency:

Standardize and optimize all internal processes (e.g., project lifecycle, sales workflow, administrative tasks) to maximize productivity and service quality.

Performance Reporting:

Prepare and present comprehensive performance metrics and financial reports to executive leadership or the board, providing actionable insights for decision-making.

III. Land & Legal



This is critical in real estate, focusing on asset acquisition and compliance.

Land Acquisition:

Oversee the team responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new land parcels, ensuring alignment with project pipeline and company strategy.

Legal Due Diligence:

Ensure rigorous title verification and legal due diligence is performed on all prospective land before acquisition to mitigate risk.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure the company and all projects strictly comply with local, state, and national laws, including the

Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)

guidelines, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and building codes.

Contract Management:

Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and execution of all major contracts (sales agreements, construction contracts, vendor agreements, partnership deeds).

Dispute Resolution:

Manage and strategize on major legal disputes or litigations involving the company's projects or land holdings.

IV. Civil/Technical & Project Execution



This focuses on the delivery of the physical product--the real estate development itself.

Project Management Oversight:

Supervise the Civil and Technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Design & Planning Review:

Review and approve master plans, architectural drawings, and engineering specifications to ensure technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and market demand alignment.

Quality & Safety:

Establish and enforce strict quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) protocols, as well as site safety and environmental compliance standards.

Resource Mobilization:

Ensure timely arrangement of all necessary resources, including construction equipment, raw materials, subcontractors, and technical labor.

V. Human Resources (HR)


This area ensures the company has the talent and culture to support its operational scale.

Approve the overall compensation structure, performance appraisal systems, and employee welfare policies.

Culture & Training:

Cultivate a high-performance, compliant, and ethical work culture. Ensure continuous training and development programs are in place to upskill the workforce.

Workforce Planning:

Forecast staffing needs and manage organizational structure to support business growth and operational scaling.

Pay: 65,000.00-70,000.00 per month
